How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production, plus standard shipping time.
For custom team orders, delivery timing will be provided with your order details.
How is the sizing and fit?
Our t-shirts have a unisex, relaxed fit and are true to size. They are not pre-washed, so you may notice slight shrinkage after washing.

How do I care for my apparel?
To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid high heat to minimize shrinkage.
- Do not iron directly over the design.
- For the longest lifespan, air drying is recommended.
Do you offer custom group orders?
Yes! We offer custom apparel for nursing units and healthcare teams. Choose from our curated collection of designs, and we'll personalize your selection with your team or unit details.
Do you work with affiliates?
Yes! Affiliates receive 10% commission on sales through their own custom link, and 3% on sales for team orders. If you are a creator interested in working with us, please apply here!
What's your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

How long does it take to receive my order?
For custom team orders, a clear timeline will be provided with your order.
A typical timeline looks like this:
1 week to finalize your designs
2 weeks to keep your private listing open for your team to place their orders
4-6 weeks to create all the orders + standard shipping time

We work together to create the best design for your team. Choose from our pre-made catalog or bring your ideas to life with our designer.
What kind of apparel can we order?
We currently offer t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and crewnecks. You will choose colors from our large catalog of color options.
How do you deliver the group order?
If you are a local team (San Francisco bay), we can schedule an in-person drop off.
All other group orders will be shipped together, sorted alphabetically, to the unit organizer.
